forecourttech ’20 terms and conditions of registration – solution providers
forecourttech ’20 delegate fees include scheduled airport transfers from Alicante Airport to and from the Asia Gardens Hotel, access to all presentations, participation in the pre-scheduled meetings program, all meals refreshments associated with the event plus accommodation, at the venue Hotel.
Please note that transfers included in the above package will operate to the Asia Gardens Hotel and return from Alicante Airport. Our scheduled transfer service will run on Monday 5th October to accommodate arrivals and again on Thursday 9th October 2020 to accommodate departures. Delegates arriving or leaving outside of the scheduled transfers will be able to organise their own transport, at special reduced prices, with Beni-Connect our local operator. Our on-site logistics manager will be able to assist you with this if required.
Upon registration companies will pay a deposit of 40% of the total delegate fee/s within 14 days of invoice to secure their place. The balance payment to be made on or before 30th July 2020 and any registrations received after that date must pay the full amount. Delegates cancelling prior to 1st March 2020 will lose their deposit payment. Delegates cancelling thereafter will be liable for 60% of the total fee and cancellations made after 1st July 2020 are liable to 100% payment. Substitution of delegates may be made at any time at no additional costs. These conditions may vary in circumstances where an early bird discount is offered.
Flights, insurance and visas (where applicable) must be arranged by delegates and any changes to flight schedules are the responsibility of the delegate. We will supply a letter of invitation where required.
Should the event be cancelled by the organiser delegate fees will be refunded. The organiser shall not be held liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation. In exceptional circumstances, caused through no fault of the organisers, resulting in the event being untenable on the published dates, SAB Events Europe reserves the right to re-schedule the event and transfer all event fees paid by delegates to such, providing it takes place no later than 12 months from its original dates.
Company and delegate information provided will be for the use of SAB Events Europe Ltd. and the responsibility for the accuracy of information rests solely with delegates and the companies they represent. Mobile phone numbers are only used for organisational purposes and are not displayed in any online or print documents.
