JP Flack is the EMEA Account Director at PDI Technologies, where he works with many of Europe’s leading fuel retailers, convenience store operators, and energy companies to help advance their digital transformation strategies. With more than 20 years of experience across retail technology, payments, and enterprise software, JP specialises in helping organisations modernise operations while enhancing customer experiences and improving commercial performance.

Throughout his career, JP has partnered with international oil companies, independent retailers, and global brands on initiatives spanning loyalty, payments, pricing, logistics, point-of-sale, back-office and head-office systems, and forecourt operations. He is passionate about translating emerging technology trends into practical business strategies that deliver measurable value.
