About Chris

Chris is the Managing Partner for Customer Experience at REPL. He has over 17 years of experience delivering complex business & IT change in Retail with a particular focus on fuel retail and in-store technologies such as POS, payments, mobile and loyalty. Chris has worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture, Programme Director at John Lewis & Partners and IT Delivery Director at House of Fraser prior to joining REPL.
