Qwello, an innovative public charging operator has acquired Park&Charge, a leading Dutch electric vehicle (EV) charge point operator.
Park&Charge The deal marks a significant milestone in the German firm’s journey within the e-mobility sector, creating a pan-European platform with more than 12,000 charging points across seven countries. With this acquisition, Qwello continues its European deployment and enters the Dutch market as a new operator of charging stations.
Park&Charge, now active in over two hundred municipalities, will continue to operate independently in the Netherlands with a focus on growth in the public segment.
