The new branding project takes the name of “Svolta”, "turning point" in English - an innovative concept store which, after the first two openings in Florence and Rome, foresees another 30 openings in 2021.
The new retail chain was created to meet the needs of those who, during their travels, need a break and are looking for a modern, welcoming, pleasant and smart place where they can enjoy a good coffee and find the right energy to start again.
And not only that, because "Svolta" is the place to find useful solutions for customers: inside there is a wide range of take-away food & beverage products, items dedicated to car and motorcycle care, travel, home and to our four-legged friends.
Digitization and sustainability are the protagonists in this new concept store: in addition to a tablet available to customers with useful and innovative services that give access to the Q8 world and partner offers, the Svolta concept stores adopt sustainable materials for furnishings such as eco-friendly conclad, eco-friendly poplar chipboard produced in Italy and 100% recyclable PVC.
"Svolta not only alludes to the action of those who stop at Q8 service stations, but it is also a change of direction towards expanding the offer and satisfying the needs of our customers on the move", said Gherardo Bisi, Marketing Director of Q8.
