The project, will be delivered in collaboration with May & Co. Holding and  is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026 as part of the Group’s broader plans to drive the growth of e-mobility. The initiative aims to establish 6,000 fast-charging points in Poland and approximately 2,500 in foreign markets over the next decade.

The new chargers will sport the ORLEN Charge brand and the initial roll out could be expanded to additional locations in the future.

“As the number of electric vehicles continues to rise, the necessary charging infrastructure must expand accordingly. We have ramped up our investments in fast-charging stations to better serve our customers’ needs. Our objectives for the coming years are clear: we intend to become the leading provider of EV charging services in the region,” says Krzysztof Kaczyński, Executive Director for Electromobility ORLEN.

Under the contract with May & Co. Holding, the company will install EV chargers in convenient locations for electric vehicle users, including retail parks and popular supermarket chains.  The project involves the deployment of over 200 high-power charging points, ranging from 150 to 400 kW.

Currently, the ORLEN Charge network in Germany includes 60 charging points. By the end of the year, this number will grow to over 200, and through the partnership with May & Co. Holding, the network is set to expand to more than 460 sites by the end of 2026.
