Deutsche Tamoil & Nemocampus join forecourttech ‘25
In a rapidly evolving market, fuel retailers must redefine their value proposition (CVP) and transform their real estate from a vehicle-centric model to a driver-centric one. This shift is crucial for long-term sustainability as it enables them to build bridges between traditional mobility and emerging technologies. By creating new concepts for their locations with outstanding technological implementations, such as advanced payment systems, personalized loyalty programs, and integrated smart services, they can attract and retain a modern customer base. This approach not only diversifies revenue streams beyond fuel but also positions them as a central hub for the future of mobility, catering to the evolving needs of today’s tech-savvy consumers and ensuring their relevance in a decarbonized and digitized world.
One such retailer is Deutsche Tamoil with 420 sites in Germany under the HEM Brand. They will attend forecourttech alongside their sister company Nemocampus, leading their transition from fuel to a full mobility service. Their mission to develop concepts for the mobility locations of the future, to shape transformation in the mobility sector and to offer a positive customer experience. Their COO Andreas Nagel commented “As we in Nemocampus are at the forefront of new developments in the mobility sector of Tamoil, Í am very much looking forward to forecourttech 2025 where, from experience, I know that I will meet the right contacts from known and/or new solution providers which can support our ambitions in creating the most modern and fully connected forecourt in our industry”.
