Spanish fuel retailer, Ballenoil has reached a significant milestone, surpassing 300 locations with the recent openings in Spain.

Following the company’s acquisition by Moeve last year, Ballenoil has maintained a rapid growth rate of over two new sites per week – already launching 20 new sites in 2025.
Among its latest expansions, the brand has entered Navarra with a new station in Beriáin, near Pamplona, and launched its first location in the province of Granada.
Ballenoil was founded in 2010 as a small chain of car wash centres under the brand La Ballena Azul. It quickly moved towards automated fuel dispensers competing on low prices.
Following its integration into Moeve, Ballenoil has become the group’s flagship brand in the low-cost fuel segment. Looking ahead, the company has set an ambitious expansion plan, aiming to reach 500 locations by 2027.
