forecourttech ’21 terms & conditions of registration – Suppliers/Vendors

  1. forecourttech delegate fees include transfers from Alicante Airport to the Asia Gardens Hotel and return, based on main arrival and departure times, accommodation at the Asia Gardens Hotel, all meals drinks & beverages associated with the event, access to all speaker presentations, participation in the pre-scheduled meetings program that allows for formal, 15 minute, face to face, discussions.
  2. Delegates registering before 28 February 2021 pay 20% of their fees. For registrations received after 1st March 2021 a 50% delegate fee is payable and for registrations received after 1st July 2021 full payment is required. Delegates cancelling after registration will be liable for 50% of their delegate fees and cancellations received on or after July 31st 2021 will be liable for 100% payment. Substitution of delegates may be made at any time at no additional costs.
  3. Should the event be cancelled by the organiser delegate fees will be refunded. The organiser shall not be held liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation. In exceptional circumstances, caused through no fault of the organisers, resulting in the event being untenable on the published dates, SAB Events Europe reserves the right to re-schedule the event and transfer all event fees paid by delegates to such, providing it takes place no later than 12 months from its original dates.
  4. Company and delegate information provided will be for the use of SAB Events Europe Ltd. and the responsibility for the accuracy of information rests solely with delegates and the companies they represent. Mobile phone numbers are only used for organisational purposes and are not displayed in any online or print documents.
