Connected Ecosystems: How retailers and suppliers work together to respond to tomorrow’s challenges
My 18-year journey in sales has taken me through the distinctive business cultures spanning the globe, each company I’ve worked for is unique, shaping me into the professional I am today. From perfecting the execution Starbucks coffee solutions in forecourts to delivering pharmaceutical CPI’s with hard nose grocery buyers.
I currently lead business development for Techniche, a global software company specialised in asset maintenance management solutions for roadside retailers, charge point operators and hardware solution providers in the mobility space. My role is about more than just sales; it’s about creating sustainable, long term relationships so retailer and suppliers can share knowledge and learn from each other.
As I prepare to share the stage at forecourttech, I’m especially keen to demonstrate how collective experiences and the lessons learned from different business cultures can inform and enhance strategies for profitable & efficient growth in fuel retail and EV charging sectors. It’s an exciting time to be part of this industry and I believe the transition to electrification will change the shape of roadside retailers for the good
